Harnessing real time transportation visibility platforms: Featuring Business Case Lessons from Carly West, Sr. Director Analyst, Gartner®
As supply chain disruptions grow, so do customers expectations, with many wanting to know where their freight is at all times and when it will be delivered. Having better real-time visibility and automation has now become a key requirement to drive improved customer satisfaction and productivity gains, as well as a whole host of other quantifiable benefits.
The most forward-thinking supply chain leaders have responded by implementing Real-Time Visibility Technology Platform (RTTVPs) into their organizations' supply chain management strategy. However, many still struggle to adequately define the ROI to garner company support for RTTVP funding approval.
In this exclusive webinar, you’ll get lessons from Carly West, Senior Analyst at Gartner on how to build a successful RTTVP business case, including ROI to get funding for an RTTVP project.
Attendees will also learn more about the 4 key steps required to build a solid RTTVP business case.
