Established in 2007, Magnus Logistics is a leading logistics service provider in the Baltics and currently manages a fleet of 1000+ trucks delivering over 200 loads per day and operating throughout the entire European Union. Given the volume of subcontracted shipments, Shippeo’s Onboarding Automation Center has played a key role in making new carrier integrations efficient and pain free, enabling more agile operations. Data is managed in strict compliance with GDPR requirements.
The new tracking capabilities have helped Magnus become more competitive, directly impacting revenue growth potential, and make it possible for the provider to meet increasing pressure and tracking requirements within RFPs for large shippers. The new service capabilities are contributing towards increased customer satisfaction too, as customers now have a greater insight into each delivery. The objective tracking data makes it possible to optimize performance and manage any subcontractor litigations far more effectively. Overall, the company projects it will reach savings of 30% on freight control costs by end of 2021 and a further 20% by the end of 2022.
