Shippeo's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy is firmly grounded in the fundamental principles of ESG: Environmental Sustainability, Social Responsibility, and Ethical Business Governance.
We not only allow our clients to monitor and reduce their scope 3 emissions with our Carbon Visibility tool; we also work hard to reduce the impact of own our offices and staff (EcoVadis Gold Medal), as well as striving for greater gender equality (EGAPRO score: 89/100) and employee satisfaction (Glassdoor score: 4.6/5).

Ethical Business Practices
Effective governance means operating with the highest possible ethical standards. This commitment extends to our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, which we assess rigorously through third-party platforms, such as EcoVadis.

Accountability and Measurement
Each year, we assess our sustainability practices through EcoVadis, a third-party sustainability assessment platform. In our latest rating, we earned a Gold Medal, placing us in the top 5% of companies ranked on the platform. Additionally, we report annually on our objectives, initiatives, and results through our CSR report, which is shared with internal and external stakeholders.

Initiatives
We conduct regular carbon footprint assessments to measure our emissions
and we aim to reducing our CO2 emissions in alignment with the international standards of the Paris Agreement. In our latest assessment, conducted by corporate climate platform Sami, we reduced our emissions as a ratio of revenue by 59%, and our emissions per employee by 15%. Our overall emissions increased by 4%, as Shippeo grows as a company.

We lead climate change awareness through impactful workshops (Climate Fresk, 2tonnes), fostering a culture of environmental responsibility
Climate change is a global challenge that requires collective actions and we believe it is crucial to equip ourselves with the knowledge and tools to address this issue effectively. To this end, Shippeo has committed to training 50% of its staff in climate change workshops by the end of 2025.

We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace for people living with a disability
We have nominated a dedicated Disability Advisor, whose role is to support employees or candidates with disabilities ensuring an environment where everyone can thrive.

Commitments
Shippeo is part of the Women Empowerment Principles (WEP), a global network of like-minded companies dedicated to gender equality and women's empowerment. This aligns us with a global community that shares our values of promoting gender equality. By supporting the WEP's principles, we also contribute to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, which serve as a guiding framework for our initiatives. By integrating these globally recognized goals into our strategy, we can monitor and assess the impact of our efforts, ensuring that our actions contribute meaningfully to global sustainability.

Shippeo works with a number of partners who help us ensure our CSR values are upheld at all times. SAMI, the all-in-one decarbonization and ESG management solution, is our partner of choice for our environmental reporting. We've also partnered with Remixt, whose e-learning platform allows Shippians to be more aware of issues around handicap and gender equality in the workplace.

We use AI responsibly and sustainably
In 2025, Shippeo put in place its first ever Responsible AI Charter, an internal document that encourages Shippians to use generative AI in a way that respects both confidentiality and sustainability.
